Can’t agree with Janis on UserVoice being the best tool. So far, by functionality (customer feedback) it’s one of the worst.

Instead of raising it as a defect one can raise it as an incident,send it in a mail as an observation. This gives the developer some space and to the tester to confirm it as a bug then we can raise the defect instead of raising it abruptly. So that the relationship between the developer and the tester remains good along with the product we devlope.
