Five Free, Online and Cute Project Management Helpers

What to do to provide high project quality at the startup? What to do to rapidly create a development environment with project and knowledge management ? In my opinion, the fastest ways, if we do not already have the one, is to use a large number of online tools. Often starting the project we do not know whether this is a good idea and not want to spend a dollar because we do not know whether return of investment will be higher than 1$.
Below I list the modern, stylish, easy and elegant solutions that have all these features, very helpful in project management and also have free plans that you can use stock.

Teamwork PM – Project, tasks, milestones, time i risk tracking
Free account with 2 projects and 5 MB space.

Springloops – SVN with Deploy
Free account with 3 projects and 100 MB file space. You can easy deploy your web projects with great deploy service.

CodebaseHQ – Project, SVN, tasks, tickets
Free account 1 project 20 MB of file space.

CO-OP – collaboration platform, time tracking
Free access at all. Agenda sharing, cute UI.

CoMindWork – Project and Knowledge Management

Summary
If you try something from this list, let me know. If you know something better, cheaper I am also waiting for the signal. Market for such products is growing rapidly, this type of posts quickly become outdated.

  8. Thanks for featuring Comindwork. I’ll just add up that Comindwork is highly customizable and you can make very simple and use for example only to-do lists and task management, or you can feel the benefit of powerful features like MS Project import/export, customizable workflow engine, custom reports etc.

  10. Project manager (both online and offline) does not have to be totally free and cute. These are just extra features.

What we need are project management tools that can be used dynamically and efficiently. That is why at present, both the Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and cloud-based computing are a huge trend in IT management industry.
