It is possible to work between ? Between IT and Business ? Between project timesheet and sales chart ? Between standards and buzzwords ?

Often we have a possibility to choose our career path, to be strictly on IT or business side, sometimes we cannot have that occasion, because of company structure and finally sometimes we decide to glue these different parts.

How to be a midfield player who takes the ball from IT professionals and business / sales managers and lead up a company to win ? I do not know :), but several observations are listed below:

• try to answer Yes when business asks ! Try, means that You have open and helpful mind :)
• answer “Yes, but…” – if You must say “No”, maybe You can say “Yes, but  the sun must die first” :)
• do not talk so much, answer, be descriptive
• be helpful or sometimes just appear to be
• be creative
• if we have project silence, be first who break it
• be helpful but do not take all responsibility
• use right words, not only these from IT;
• on occasion, throw some IT words to remind them on which front You are
